Led by Robert, a professional Chef trained and certified in Switzerland; our boys prep, cook, bake and serve; and Lori works to orchestrate enjoyable SWISS BEAR visits. We are a year-round operation, serving house specialty schnitzel, tarts and more!
Take-out service spring to fall is provided from our Schnitzel Express food truck, and through our main building in the winter. Read more
